- If you have an account we will invoice you or if you are a one time customer we accept credit card and direct deposit payments
- How do I report loss/ damage or non delivery of a shipment?
- Please advise us immediately and we will advise and assist.
- What is the maximum size of a package I can send?
- Due to the range of services we provide and depending on the carrier and service, we can advise you over the phone.
- How do I order supplies (awb’s,packaging)?
- We can order and arrange delivery of supplies, free of charge.
- How do I book in a pick up?
- Please call us directly and we will arrange your pick up.
